1. Service Matters (Civilians / Defence Personnel).
Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT)
CAT adjudicates the disputes and complaints of the Central Government Employees, other than Defence Personnel, in respect of their grievances of appointment, service conditions, promotions, pay parity, disciplinary matters, illegal dismissal, etc. The aggrieved person can file case in the CAT to resolve their disputes, through their counsel. Armed Force Tribunal (AFT)
AFT adjudicates the disputes and complaints of the Defence Personnel which includes all three services Army, Navy and Air Force. in respect of their grievances of appointment, service conditions, promotions, pay fixation, disciplinary matters, illegal dismissal, etc. The aggrieved Defence Personnel can file their cases to resolve their grievances.


2. Family matters : (Matrimonial Disputes & their redressal).
We handle all cases related to Matrimonial Disputes & their redressal which are being filed under Domestic Violence Act 2005, Hindu Marriage Act 1955 and Special Marriage Act 1954, being contested in District Court, High Court and Hon’ble Supreme Court of India. a. Registration of Legal marriages, for all religions, castes
and creeds.
The Registration of marriages are being carried out at the Registrar Office of the Areas, under the appropriate Marriage Acts such as; Hindu Marriage Act 1955 and Special Marriage Act 1954, as per the religious orientation and nationality of the individuals, to give legal status of the Marriage which is recognised by the Law of the Land.
b. Marriage counselling to prevent the breakdown of the marriage
Marital breakdown is a painful process and lawyers prefer to settle the matter out of court saving the parties time and emotional disturbance. Counselling is often advised to salvage the marriage but if this does not work, then our lawyers will advise on the best legal recourse for the way forward
c. Domestic Violence by the Spouse

d. Contested child custody

e. Divorce proceedings
The Divorce proceedings are two types;
Contested Divorce proceedings are when one partner is opposed to the Divorce and not willing to give Divorce. In these conditions, one has to contest on the grounds of Divorce and establish his/her genuine of the Divorce.
Non-contested Divorce is smooth process of divorce as it happened with mutual consent of the both. It can happen quite smoothly with the right advise and help of the able lawyer who will take you through the whole procedure and ensure the validity of your divorce process.
f. Judicial Separation
In this process both are separated judicially which can give respite from matrimonial duties and obligations for a certain period of time or until the divorce process is complete. It also provides time for “re-thinking” to continue, before arriving to final decision of divorce. Furthermore, it can be filed where there are chances of re-union or continue with the marriage, after some reconciliations.
g. Restraining orders
These orders are taken from the Magistrate after filing case of Domestic Violence to protect you and your children from abuse and violence by the spouse. The breach of these orders amounts to Contempt of the Court Orders, which can leads to fine and imprisonment. Such orders are not only applicable in marriages but also in other types of relationships such as ‘live in’ ones.
h. Maintenance
Maintenance amount is ordered by the Court when spouse justify his/her grounds for seeking maintenance to meet their basic needs and day to day necessity to live with dignity and respect in the society, which she/he is unable to meet within her/his resources. Maintenance is decided on the basis of monthly incomes and assets declared under affidavit by the spouse and other relevant factors and the circumstances prevailing at that time.
i. Alimony
Alimony is decided by the Court as onetime payment to settle marriage break down between the spouse. After payment of Alimony amount there is no legal liabilities remain on the other Spouse and both are free to lead their own life thereafter.
j. Division of Matrimonial Properties
The division of assets and income needs to be dealt with carefully so that there is a fair equal division of asset and property which includes moveable and immovable properties. k. Adoption
Under Indian law adoption is a complex process and has to be done absolutely meticulously to avoid any future complications. Also the Court has emphasised that an acquisition would lapse if physical possession of the Land has not been taken or the compensation has not been paid under section 24 (2) of the Act 2013. 5. Cheque Bounce Cases (Action u/s 138 of NI Act)
A cheque bounce is an offence under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 (“Act”) punishable with a fine which can extend to twice the amount of the cheque or imprisonment for a term not more than two years or both. Cheque bouncing used to be under civil jurisdiction but now it comes under criminal jurisdiction and is punishable with a sentence of up to 2 years
