Terms & Conditions

By registering an account, listing a library, or otherwise accessing any part of the Library Bro platform ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Platform. These terms apply to all visitors, library owners, managers, staff members and any other users of the Platform.

Library Bro reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

You may use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Platform in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform or its infrastructure.
• Transmit any unsolicited commercial communications or spam.
• Upload malicious code, viruses or any software intended to damage the Platform.
• Scrape, crawl or systematically extract data from the Platform without written permission.
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
• Use the Platform to infringe the intellectual property rights of others.

Library owners who list their library on Library Bro agree that:

• All information submitted (name, address, amenities, photos, pricing) is accurate and up-to-date.
• You have the legal right to list and operate the library at the stated address.
• Library Bro may display your library information publicly on the Platform directory.
• Library Bro may verify listing details and may reject, suspend or remove listings that violate these terms or contain false information.
• You are solely responsible for the accuracy of your listing and the services you provide to students.
• Library Bro does not guarantee student enrolments or any specific level of business as a result of your listing.

All users of the Platform agree to conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner. You must not:

• Use the Platform to harass, intimidate or harm other users.
• Post or transmit content that is defamatory, offensive, obscene or otherwise objectionable.
• Share your account credentials with unauthorized persons.
• Use another user's account without their explicit permission.
• Attempt to circumvent any security measures or access controls on the Platform.

Library Bro reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these conduct standards without prior notice.

Library Bro offers subscription plans for library owners. The following terms apply:

• Subscription fees are billed as specified in the chosen plan (monthly, quarterly or annually).
• Payments are processed manually — Library Bro does not currently process online payments directly.
• Subscription activation is subject to payment confirmation by the Library Bro team.
• Library Bro reserves the right to change pricing with reasonable advance notice.
• Fees paid are non-refundable except as specified in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

All content on the Library Bro platform — including but not limited to the logo, design, software, text and graphics — is the intellectual property of Library Bro and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

Library owners retain ownership of the content they upload (photos, descriptions, etc.), but grant Library Bro a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display that content on the Platform.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from any Platform content without written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• Library Bro provides the Platform "as is" and makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding availability, accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose.
• Library Bro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
• Library Bro is not liable for any disputes between library owners and students.
• Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the three months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

These limitations apply to all claims, whether based in contract, tort, statute or otherwise.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.

Library Bro may revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email or through a prominent notice on the Platform.

Your continued use of the Platform following notice of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must stop using the Platform.
